Now Satisfied, Council Approves Hidden Spring Pay Request

Council approved the second pay request from Veit & Company for work completed at Hidden Spring Park for a total of $59,292.83.

Council voted against full payment of Veit & Company's first pay request, at their meeting of July 25; until the company was established that construction of Hidden Spring Park was being done according to plan.

The August 8 meeting was recessed at City Hall and then reconvened at Hidden Spring Park so that council could get a first-hand look at how construction was proceeding.

Satisfied by what they saw, council voted to pay Veit & Company the money withheld from the first pay request along with the second pay request.
