More Crock Pot Recipes

Wait, you may ask. This is spring! Why is Debi's column featuring crock pot recipes? Shouldn't we be looking at salads for spring? That's exactly what my editor asked.

But people constantly ask me for more good crock pot recipes. The crock pot is not just for winter meals. I find that families are busy year-round, and oft en more so in the spring.

A crock pot dinner is as easy as it gets: you put the ingredients in the pot in the morning, and it's ready to eat at dinnertime after piano lessons or the ballgame. Or, bring the crock pot to the cabin and on a camping trip where electricity is available.

Enjoy!
