Employee Of Hugo Business Charged With Spill

At 11:42 a.m. on November 15, Washington County Sheriff's Office responded to a call about a major oil spill in a field along 50th Street North in Afton, MN.

Upon arriving at the scene, police found a field saturated with about 1,400 gallons of used motor oil that had accumulated into a pool over 40 yards long and several feet in width.
