Hugo Police Reports
No Drive In The Ditch: On April 26 deputies responded to a report of found property in the ditch along Falcon Circle N. Someone had discovered a computer had been dumped there. Upon further investigation they discovered the hard drive had been removed. Officers believe it was dumped there illegally and intentionally.
Who Said Their Laundry Is A Beast?: On April 28 deputies responded to a request for animal assist. The complainant had an unknown animal in the residence. When officers arrived and checked the home they discovered a mouse in the dryer. They advised the homeowner to call an exterminator.
They Cut The Call Short: On April 30 officers responded to a report of suspicious activity at a residence on Geneva Way N. The complainant reported that two phone lines on the outside of the residence had been cut.
Playing The Field: Deputies were called to a residence on 165th St. N. on May 1 at 2:15 a.m. for suspicious activity. When they arrived, the complainant reported a vehicle was in the field behind the residence driving in circles and spinning out. Officers made contact with the driver of the vehicle, who stated he thought there was a dirt road back there. The deputy directed him off the property.
Did Somebody Cry Wolf?: Deputies responded to a report of three wolves spotted near Oneka Elementary on May 2 at 11:21 p.m. Offi cers were unable to locate the wolves, but took a description from the complainant, and determined that they were probably coyotes.

April 24, Homestead Dr. N., Fossil purse, coach wallet, credit cards and prescription medications taken from vehicle.
April 25, 140th St. N., boat cover, gas can, hose, battery, box of lifejackets and misc. boat supplies.
April 26, Homestead Dr. N., laptop computer taken.
April 28, Victor Hugo Blvd. N., faceplate and carrying case for car stereo missing.
May 3, 159th Ct. N., Garmin GPS system taken from vehicle.
May 3, 159th St. N., Garmin GPS, backpack, running shoes, two pagers taken from vehicle.
May 3, Finley Ave. N., gym bag, shoes, shorts, shirts, towel, and $20 in change taken from vehicle.
May 3, 157th Way N., approximately $.75 in change taken from vehicle.

April 23, 12:32 a.m., Frenchman Rd. N. 22-yearold Vadnais Heights man.
April 25, 1:47 a.m., Frenchman Rd. N. 32-year-old Vadnais Heights man.
Centerville Police Reports
Arrests: The following arrests were reported by the Centennial Lakes Police Department:
April 16, 21st Ave. and Main St., a 27-year-old woman was arrested for 4th degree DWI, .08 or more, and stop sign violation.
April 17, Main St. and Cottonwood Ct., a 25-year-old woman was arrested for no insurance violation, third in 10 years.
April 25, 7000 block of Main St., a 40-year-old man was arrested for 4th degree DWI, .08 or more.
April 25, 7200 block of Main St., a 53-year-old man was arrested for outstanding warrant and 5th degree possession of controlled substance.
April 29, 7000 block of Eagle Tr., an 18-year-old man was arrested for underage consumption of alcohol.
Theft : The following theft was reported:
April 23, 1800 block of Prairie Dr., theft of medication. The complainant believes someone took the medication she was given for a recent surgery. There is a possible suspect, and the case is being investigated.
Lino Lakes Police Reports
Buckling Down: Officers stopped a vehicle for seat belt violation at I-35E and Main St. on April 23 at 3:45 p.m. and cited the driver, a 31-year-old Vadnais Heights man.
They Didnt Have A Fighting Chance: On April 23 officers responded to a report of two males fi ghting in the 6800 block of Lake Dr. at 6:57 p.m. Officers arrested both men, a 52-year-old from Blaine and a 45-year-old from Osakis, for disorderly conduct.
He Probably Wished They Would Weave Him Alone!: Officers stopped a vehicle for weaving in the 7900 block of 20th Ave. at 7:07 p.m. on April 24. They subsequently arrested the driver, a 45-year-old Wisconsin man, for driving aft er suspension and open bottle.
Did Somebody Break The Statue Statute?: On April 25 Police responded to a report of 6 statues found in a yard in the 7600 block of Peltier Lk. Dr. at 11:04 a.m. The statues were transported to the Lino Lakes Police Department property room until claimed.

A 33-year-old St. Paul man on April 14 for driving aft er revocation and no proof of insurance.
A 43-year-old St. Paul woman on April 14 for 3 outstanding warrants and gross misdemeanor providing false information to police.
A 27-year-old Lino Lakes woman on April 15 for felony-level shoplifting.
A 17-year-old St. Louis Park male on April 16 for theft of a motor vehicle, possession of stolen property, fleeing police in a motor vehicle, improper lane use, speeding, no valid drivers license, and curfew violation. The male was transported to the Regional Juvenile Center for booking.
A 37-year-old Lino Lakes woman on April 16 for 4th degree DWI and seatbelt violation.
A 62-year-old New Brighton man on April 18 for 3rd degree DWI.
A 20-year-old Lino Lakes woman on April 20 for 4th degree DWI, driving aft er suspension, failure to dim high beams and underage consumption of alcohol.
A 48-year-old Forest Lake man on April 25 for leaving the scene of an accident and DWI.
A 40-year-old Two Harbors woman on April 27 for misdemeanor warrant, driving aft er revocation, 5th degree possession of a controlled substance, open container and obstructing the legal process.
A 42-year-old Two Harbors woman on April 27 for 5th degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, obstructing the legal process and open container.
