Keeping Their Cool(er): On July 6 at 4:36 a.m. deputies responded to a theft that had just occurred at a residence on 148th St. N. Th e complainant said they had heard rustling outside and looked out to see two males taking a cooler out of the truck parked in the driveway. The blue and white cooler, valued at $50, was full of beer, pop and Gatorade. The suspects then fled on foot with the cooler. Officers were unable to locate them.
Not Minding Their Own Business: Deputies responded to a report of harassment and damage to property at a residence on Emerald Dr. N. on July 6 at 8:28 p.m. The complainant reported that there had been ongoing issues with the neighbor, and the neighbors were now trying to harass him by throwing balls in their yard for their dog to retrieve and allowing the dog to do its business in the yard. Officers spoke with both parties and advised the complainant this would be a civil matter.
Window Of Opportunity?: Deputies were called to a residence on 148th St. N. on July 6 at 11:25 p.m. for a neighbor dispute. The complainant reported that some trinkets taken in a previous theft were now on display in a neighbor’s window.
Going Door-To-Door: Deputies responded to a report of suspicious activity on Forest Blvd. N on July 6 at 10:47 p.m. A caller reported seeing a young male going from car to car trying all the doors in the parking lot of the apartment building. Authorities checked the area but were unable to locate the suspect.
When The Cat’s Away…: On July 12 at 8:05 a.m. deputies responded to a damage-to-property report on Evergreen Dr. N. A woman pulling out of the garage saw her cat in the yard and immediately jumped out of the car to catch the cat; however, her vehicle kept going down the driveway and struck another vehicle.
The Whole 9 Yard Lights: Deputies responded to a theft report on July 12 at 12:07 a.m. at a residence on 126th St. N. The complainant reported that sometime between July 4 and July 12 someone had stolen approximately 9 solar yard lights from the yard. There were no suspects.

Lino Lakes Police Reports
No Thumbs Up Here: On June 30 at 6:25 p.m. officers noticed two males hitchhiking at the corner of Hodgson Rd. and Egret Ln. They subsequently arrested a 19-year-old Lino Lakes man and a 19-year-old Circle Pines man for underage consumption.
Her Chances Were Dim: While on patrol in the 1600 block of Birch St. on July 3, officers stopped a vehicle for failure to dim headlights and no light illuminating the license plate at 1:00 a.m. They subsequently arrested the driver, a 29-year-old Coon Rapids woman, for 4th degree DWI, failure to dim high beams, no license plate light, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Now That's Alarming!: Police responded to a call in the 7900 block of Lake Dr. at 10:00 p.m. on July 5 for an audible alarm. They subsequently arrested a 20-year-old Shoreview man for an outstanding Isanti County warrant and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Did Someone Order A Burger-lery?: Officers responded to a burglary report on July 5 that occurred in the 6500 block of Ware Rd. when an unknown suspect broke the drive-through window of a business some time during the night hours. The case is currently under investigation.
Traffic Violations: The following traffic violations were reported:
• June 30, 12:49 a.m., 700 block of Sunset Rd., littering, possession of a dangerous weapon, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of tobacco.
• June 30, 1100 block of Birch St., speeding, 3rd degree DWI.
• July 1, 7:00 p.m., 1200 block of 35W, gross misdemeanor citation for GM insurance violation and speed.
• July 3, Blue Heron and Hodgson Rd., traffic violation, underage consumption, possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
• July 4, 5:00 p.m., 7500 block of 20th Ave. 4th degree DWI.
• July 4, 10:00 a.m., 900 block of Main St., speeding, driving after revocation, outstanding misdemeanor warrant.
• July 4, 6:28 p.m., Centerville Rd. and Ash St., careless driving and no proof of insurance.
